The cable integrates power conductors and pre-assembled connectors so installers can establish a robust electrical link without field crimping. Its construction supports continuous-motion applications where cable routing occurs inside drag chains or moving axes.
Electrically, the cable core diameter measures 12.2 mm, giving room for three power conductors with a cross-section of 1.5 mm² and a separate pair of control cores rated at 0.75 mm². These copper elements endure a mains potential of 600 V AC while presenting a loop resistance of 13.3 Ω/km, a level that limits voltage drop on lengths typical of machine frames. Factory-mounted plugs simplify termination: the controller side uses type RLS0722/K02, and the motor side uses RLS1301/C03.
