A polyurethane outer sheath and molded connectors allow the cable to operate inside dynamic cable carriers, robotic joints, and other motion axes found in industrial automation.
Mechanical durability is demonstrated by its ability to survive 5,000,000 bending cycles, making it suitable for continuous-flex loops. Installers can route the assembly to a minimum arc of 7.5 × D dynamic bend radius without overstressing conductors. The outer sheath uses PUR jacket material, giving high resistance to oils, coolants, and abrasion.
