The RKL4307 power cable is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the RKL Motor Power Cables series. It is a ready-made power cable intended to connect an Indramat controller to a compatible servo motor in industrial automation lines. Delivered as the Basic cable model, it arrives with factory-crimped connectors and predefined wire gauges so installers can route motor power, auxiliary supply, and protective earth without on-site termination work.
The cable is specified for up to 5,000,000 flexing cycles in energy-chain or gantry routing, showing suitability for highly dynamic axes. During motion it accepts a minimum dynamic bend of 7.5xD, limiting mechanical stress on the copper conductors. Three power conductors use a cross section of 1.5 mm²; this dimension balances current-carrying capability with flexibility for medium-frame motors. The bulk cable jacket follows type INK0650, which includes insulation materials selected for abrasion resistance and oil compatibility. At the controller end, the factory fits a compact right-angle connector coded RLS0721/K02 that matches the Rexroth drive interface and provides reliable latching under vibration.
When the installation is stationary the cable may be bent to a tighter radius of 5xD without degrading insulation. A dedicated auxiliary pair with a conductor size of 0.75 mm² can feed motor brakes or temperature sensors over the same run, reducing cabinet wiring.
