The RKL4305T is a ready-made power cable manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the RKL Motor Power Cables series. It is designed to carry three-phase power and protective earth between IndraDrive controllers and Rexroth servo motors in conveyors, gantries, packaging machines, and other automated equipment. Its torsion-capable construction permits routing through cable chains and rotary axes without interrupting power delivery, making the pre-terminated assembly suitable for motion systems with limited wiring space. Molded grommets and strain-relief sleeves fit standard Rexroth motor housings and control cabinets while protecting the cable near its connection points.
The cable carries main phase current on conductors with a cross-section of 1.0 mm², while separate 0.75 mm² wires support auxiliary services; these conductor sizes provide the current capacity and terminal compatibility required by the connected equipment. Continuous movement is supported by a minimum dynamic bending radius of 7.5 × D, while fixed installations require only 5 × D, allowing cabinet runs to use tighter bends than moving cable loops. The permitted temperature range extends from -30 to 80 °C without derating, supporting operation near cold storage areas and warm machine enclosures. The protective-earth conductor has a green-yellow jacket so it can be distinguished from the phase and auxiliary conductors during installation or maintenance.
