The design supports reliable power delivery while withstanding continuous motion in cable tracks and articulated robotic systems.

The RKL4300 is assembled from INK0650 bulk cable whose outer diameter measures 12.2 mm, and the size supports compact routing through drag chains without excessive fill. During operation, the cable may bend dynamically down to a radius of 7.5×D, so it can move through tight loops without straining the copper conductors. It carries up to 600 V AC between its four energized cores, and each core has a cross-section of 1.5 mm². Separate shielded pairs provide temperature sensor or brake control lines, which helps prevent interference with the power phase set. A matte, adhesion-free PUR jacket protects the bundle from oils, coolants, and abrasion. Its RAL 2003 orange finish also makes the cable easy to identify in crowded panels.
