Its design supports routing inside energy chains, allowing dynamic axes to move repeatedly while limiting conductor stress and reducing the risk of premature cable fatigue.
The cable is rated for 5,000,000 bending cycles, indicating the number of chain movements it can withstand under the stated operating conditions. To prevent excessive conductor stress during movement, the cable requires a dynamic bending radius of 7.5 × D, while stationary installations permit a tighter radius of 5 × D. The copper conductors have a resistance of 19.5 Ω/km at 20 °C, helping limit voltage drop across longer cable runs. A capacitance of 0.6 nF/m reduces capacitive loading on the drive output and supports stable electrical performance.
