The RKL0047 power cable is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and belongs to the RKL Motor Power Cables series. It is designed to connect a servo controller to an IndraDyn motor, carrying motor power and auxiliary voltage in moving machine axes. The assembly is intended for drag chains and articulated cable routes where repeated motion is expected. Its preassembled connectors remove the need for field crimping and help keep installation straightforward in compact machine layouts.

The power conductors use a cross-section of 0.75 mm², which suits applications with relatively low motor phase current while keeping the cable compact. A separate auxiliary pair uses 0.5 mm² conductors for functions such as a holding brake or temperature monitoring. The cable is built from bulk type INK0670, which uses a PUR jacket that resists oil and coolant found in industrial environments. At the motor end, an angled INS0751/C01 plug connects directly to compatible IndraDyn motors. For fixed routing along a machine frame, the cable requires a minimum bend radius of 5 × D, which limits mechanical stress on the sheath and shielding.

During continuous motion in an energy chain, the assembly supports a dynamic bend radius of 7.5 × D. Its service life is rated for 5 million bending cycles, making it suitable for repetitive motion in gantry axes and pick-and-place systems. On the controller side, the cable uses a molded RLS0746 plug for a direct electrical connection. The assembly is supplied as a ready-made unit in the Basic model layout, so it arrives with factory-installed connectors and does not require field termination. This cable carries motor phase and auxiliary conductors only, while feedback lines are routed through a separate cable assembly. No additional data lines or cooling hoses are included inside the sheath, which keeps routing simpler inside control cabinets and moving cable carriers.
