The factory-terminated design removes on-site crimping work; one end carries the RLS1108/C03 motor connector while the opposite end is fitted with an RLS0746/K02 controller plug. By integrating both power and low-level control cores inside a single PUR-sheathed jacket, the product simplifies routing and ensures consistent signal referencing in dynamic drag-chain environments.
Mechanical durability is the dominant performance metric of the RKL0046. The cable is specified for 5,000,000 flex cycles, meeting continuous-duty requirements in energy chains. When clamped, a fixed installation must respect a minimum bend of 5xD, whereas moving layouts use a tighter guide radius of 7.5xD to limit conductor fatigue.
