The RKH0909 hybrid cable assembly is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the RKH Hybrid Cables series. The product combines motor power conductors and digital feedback cores in a single sheathed line so automation builders can reduce connection time on axis drives. It is intended for routing between servo motors and cabinet drives, providing noise-controlled transmission that meets the electrical and mechanical interfaces of Rexroth motion platforms. By supplying both energy and data through one cable, the assembly reduces panel space requirements and the potential for wiring errors in industrial automation cells.
As a ready-made assembly, the cable is supplied cut to length and equipped with connectors. The assembly is a hybrid cable, so the three-phase motor conductors, encoder pairs, and protective ground conductor share the same outer jacket. The internal conductor set uses the REH0800 raw-cable construction, providing matched impedance for SERCOS feedback while preserving power capacity. At the motor end, an angled RHS0015 plug mates with MSK or MKE motors, while a straight RHS2321 plug at the drive end connects to IndraDrive power modules. The Basic design uses standard jacket thickness and shielding layers suitable for general machine-tool routing.
