The RKH0611 is a flexible hybrid cable manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the RKH Hybrid Cables series. It combines power conductors and digital feedback cores within a single jacket, allowing motion controllers to connect drive amplifiers to servo axes through one preterminated lead. A shared cable route reduces the number of separate lines required between the cabinet and the connected equipment. Within an automated cell, this arrangement reduces wiring volume, accelerates cabinet installation, and maintains consistent signal transmission between devices during coordinated motion.
The cable is supplied as a ready-made assembly, with the jacket cut to length and both terminations factory-crimped. Each end carries the same RHS0016 circular connector, allowing the cable to be routed without requiring different connector types at opposite ends. During continuous movement, the cable supports a minimum bend radius of 10 × D, where D represents its outer diameter. A stationary installation permits a minimum bend radius of 5 × D when the cable is secured in place. Following these bend limits helps prevent excessive mechanical stress on the conductors, insulation, and shielding during routing. The cable supports up to 5 million bending cycles in carrier applications before conductor fatigue becomes a concern. Its permissible operating temperature ranges from -40 to 80 °C, supporting use in chilled storage systems and machinery exposed to moderate process heat.
