The RKH0600 hybrid cable is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the RKH Hybrid Cables series. In automated manufacturing cells the cable transmits motor current and encoder feedback in one sheath, reducing cabinet space and minimizing assembly time.

Internally, the cable groups its conductors as 5x2.5 mm² + 5x0.34 mm² + (2x2x0.34 mm²); the 2.5 mm² cores carry the three-phase motor supply while the smaller wires service sensor power and differential feedback channels. An overall diameter of 16.2 mm ±0.5 mm fits standard liquid-tight fittings, and the outer sleeve is molded from PUR, a material selected for oil resistance and continuous flex endurance. Static routing requires a minimum bend radius of 5 × AD, while dynamic routing in energy chains must respect 10 × AD to avoid shield fracture. The construction is declared suitable for drag-chain motion, allowing millions of cycles in gantry, robot, and transfer applications.

For thermal management the cable tolerates continuous fixed routing between -30 to +40 °C, while reciprocating movements are permitted from -20 to +40 °C without derating.
