The RKH0411 is a flexible power-and-signal assembly supplied by Bosch Rexroth Indramat as part of the RKH Hybrid Cables series. It carries motor power, encoder channels, and auxiliary conductors in a single sheath to simplify routing inside automated machinery. The product is delivered in a Basic configuration and is intended for quick installation because its pre-terminated leads reduce on-machine wiring. In drive systems, it links servo motors to controllers while meeting the motion demands of moving axes and helping keep cable runs orderly where space is limited.

Its mechanical durability is supported by a life rating of 5,000,000 bending cycles, meaning the conductors and shield are built to withstand repeated flexing. During continuous movement, the minimum dynamic bending radius is 10xD, and staying above this value helps limit conductor strain. For fixed routing, the static bending radius may be reduced to 5xD, allowing tighter cabinet layouts without harming the insulation. The cable is rated for ambient operating temperatures from -40 °C to 80 °C, so machines can start in cold conditions and continue running in warmer environments. Separate storage limits use the same temperature range, which helps protect the jacket and insulation while the cable is kept off the machine.

The RKH0411 ships with factory-installed connectors, using RHS0005 on the motor side and RHS0011 on the controller side. These keyed plugs help prevent wiring errors and provide a secure connection at both ends of the assembly. As a Hybrid Cable, it combines power, feedback, and auxiliary conductors in one sheath, which reduces drag-chain mass and saves space. Because it is a Ready-Made assembly, field cutting or crimping is unnecessary, and the required length is selected by choosing the appropriate variant.
