The flex life reaches 5,000,000 bending cycles, a rating that defines how often the cable can move in an energy chain before conductor fatigue becomes critical. A sheath of PUR resists oil, coolant, and abrasion, and it encloses a composite core specified as 5x2.5 + 5x0.34 + (2x2x0.34) mm²; these cross-sections separate motor phases, auxiliary power, and twisted signal pairs to minimise crosstalk. The drive-side Kcu plug is the keyed RHS0005/C03, allowing direct connection to Indramat inverters, and the total diameter remains 16.2 mm, which determines gland size and chain fill factor.
