That makes it suitable for axes and conveyor sections that cycle repeatedly during production.

Mechanically, the cable is rated for 5,000,000 bending cycles, indicating how many flex motions it can withstand before conductor fatigue becomes a concern. During movement, the outer jacket must not be bent tighter than a radius of 7.5 × D, while fixed installation permits a minimum bend radius of 5 × D. Thermal serviceability spans −30 °C to +80 °C, allowing the insulation to support Ethernet signaling in cold areas and warm control cabinets without becoming brittle or overly soft during operation.
