The Bosch Rexroth RD52.1-4B-160-R-FM-FW is RD52 series universal AC drive controller. It is suited to industrial applications that involve synchronous and induction motors. Under specified ambient conditions, the rated controller output is 160 kilowatts. The controller cools through liquid cooling and includes an internal coolant pump. According to the mechanical design, the controller design class is G and its weight is 157 kilograms. The controller hosing is IP20 rated according to EN 60529 and does not provide protection against dust or liquid ingress. The RD52.1-4B-160-R-FM-FW can be mounted inside a suitable cabinet for improved environmental protection. A converter rated for 380 to 480 Volts AC is part of the controller.
