The RD51.1-5B-003-D-CF-FW is an ultra-modern 3-phase current drive system from Bosch Rexroth. It offers several universally acceptable use cases, including pairing with synchronous and induction motor models. The modular hardware & software construction of this VFC drive ensures optimized and flexible customization for specific tasks. By design, Voltage frequency control (VFC) drives offer an economical and excellent drive solution for applications that do not require servo characteristics such as agitators, extruders, centrifuges, ventilators, pumps, moving gears, and conveyor belts.

The RD51.1-5B-003-D-CF-FW works on a frequency-controlled mechanism; that is, the set value determines the converter’s output frequency. Also, its output voltage is adjusted in proportion to the frequency. This system offers a drive converter with an integrated braking chopper and a regenerative power supply module.
