The RD52.3-8C-045-L-V1-FW is a new generation three-phase industrial drive controller manufactured by Rexroth Indramat to offer industrial operators an efficient and accurate means of motor control in the industrial servo system. This servo drive is a durable device that can control synchronous and induction motors, the RD52.3-8C-045-L-V1-FW servo drive is widely known for its ability to control the speed of industrial motors over a broad speed range, this unique ability makes it perfectly suited to a wide range of industrial machines such as food processing machines, paper converting machines, assembly systems, and lots more. Integrated into the front panel of this servo drive is an operating unit that contains a four-line display screen and special pressure-sensitive keys which the operators can use to send configuration parameters into the servo drive.
The RD52.3-8C-045-L-V1-FW industrial drive controller is designed with a built-in air blower which helps to keep the heat generated in the converter within the tolerated range. The rated output power that can be generated by this drive is about 45 kilowatts, the drive can produce this power output while drawing in a rated current of 68 Amperes. The nominal connecting voltage used by this industrial servo drive is about 700 volts, the drive receives this nominal current through the three-phase electrical connector which it uses to connect to the power supply unit.
Under normal operating conditions, the RD52.3-8C-045-L-V1-FW can operate with a current 200 percent higher than its rated current.
