The RD52.2-2B-003-L-A1-FW is a state-of-the-art drive controller produced by highly trained operators of Rexroth Indramat to provide industrial systems with accurate motion control. This device is manufactured to meet international quality standards; it features an additional signal processor (32-bit floating point), which allows it to carry out highly dynamic control operations in industrial servo applications. This controller is also designed with an operator panel integrated into its housing unit; this operator panel features a four-line display unit and some pressure-sensitive keys through which the user can control the operation of the converter duruing the operation. The RD52.2-2B-003-L-A1-FW industrial controller also allows for fast peer-to-peer coupling for fast communication between the several industrial drives.
The RD52.2-2B-003-L-A1-FW frequency converter can stimulate industrial synchronous and induction motors to generate a power output of about 3 kilowatts. Special sensors and actuators are present in the housing of this converter; these sensors allow the operator to monitor its own operation in real time. In case of any operational error, the controller immediately detects and alerts the operator by displaying an error message on its four-line display unit. The nominal connecting voltage supplied to this controller can fall between 200 to 230 volts while its rated output frequency falls between 0 to 250 Amperes. The controller also contains an internal brake chopper that protects its power circuit from the excess current generated by the servo motor during deceleration. Also, the enclosure of this controller is designed according to the IP20 protection class.
The RD52.2-2B-003-L-A1-FW industrial drive controller is supplied with a standby external power supply unit which supplied the converter with electrical voltage when there is an interruption in the voltage supply coming from the mains.
