The Bosch Rexroth RD52.1-7N-110-W-V1-FW/S129 is a RD52 series drive. It is based on an inverter without brake chopper. The drive inverter operates at 530 to 670 Volts DC. The drive inverter can be operated at three pulse frequencies that are 12 kilohertz, 6 kilohertz and 4 kilohertz. At 12 kilohertz, the output frequency range is 0 to 1400 Hertz, the rated current is 80 Amps, the peak current is 104 Amps for 60 seconds and 136 Amps for 1 second. The rated output apparent power is 53 kVA and the peak output apparent power is 68 kVA. At 6 kilohertz, the rated motor output is 90 kilowatts, the output frequency range is 0 to 500 Hertz, the rated current is 165 Amps, the peak current is 215 Amps for 60 seconds and 280 Amps for 1 second. The rated output apparent power is 89 kVA and the peak output apparent power is 116 kVA.
At 4 kilohertz, the output frequency range is 0 to 250 Hertz, the rated motor output is 90 kilowatts, the rated current is 195 Amps, the peak current is 254 Amps for 60 seconds and 332 Amps for 1 second. The rated output apparent power is 128 kVA and the peak output apparent power is 167 kVA. The RD52.1-7N-110-W-V1-FW/S129 dissipates 2.5 kilowatts as heat during operation.
