The RD52.1-5B-132-R-VW-FW is a state-of-the-art three-phase industrial drive controller designed by Rexroth Indramat to offer industrial manufacturers a durable and user-friendly means of motor control. This device is designed particularly for the control of synchronous and induction motors used in the servo system, it features a modular hardware and software system thus it can be easily configured to meet the operational requirements of complex industrial machines such as packaging machines, assembly systems, food processing systems and lots more. The RD52.1-5B-132-R-VW-FW drive controller is developed to be a simple and easy to handle controller, an operating panel featuring a display unit and some pressure-sensitive keys is integrated into the housing of the controller. Operators can use the operating panel to easily exchange digital information with various parts of the drive controller and the servo system as a whole.
The temperature regulation system of the RD52.1-5B-132-R-VW-FW drive controller is made up of a liquid cooling system featuring an internal pump. Industrial motors connected to this drive controller can generate a rated power output of 132 kilowatts and a maximum power output as high as 270 kilowatts. Under normal operating conditions, the RD52.1-5B-132-R-VW-FW drive controller requires a rated current of 230 Amperes for optimum operation, however, it can also work with a current as high as 399 Amperes.
