The RD52.1-5B-110-L-V1-FW is a drive control device in the RD500 series manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for field-oriented vector control. It features a converter unit type, and its nominal connecting voltage is 3 x 500 V AC. Some of the industrial applications of the unit are found in conveyor technology, assembly systems, and machine tools. The RD52.1-5B-110-L-V1-FW has a variety of applications when integrated with compatible drive systems. This unit is equipped with a built-in brake chopper of 55 kW continuous power and a 2.5 Ohms minimum resistance. The maximum rated power output of the RD52.1-5B-110-L-V1-FW is 110 kW, but it tends to vary, depending on the pulse (PWM) frequency at which the device is operated.
