This model delivers a continuous mechanical output of 200 kW, which is the maximum motor shaft power the converter can support under nominal thermal conditions. Regulation is handled by field-oriented vector control, which separates stator current into torque-producing and flux-producing components for fast acceleration and stable low-speed operation. Thermal energy from high-current devices is removed by liquid cooling with an internal pump, and the built-in circuit maintains coolant flow for frame sizes at or above 132 kW. The input section accepts a three-phase line voltage from 380 to 480 V, allowing installation on common factory power networks without an isolation transformer. Harmonic attenuation is supported by an integrated mains filter that reduces conducted emissions and helps the cabinet meet EMC requirements.

The converter side is configured as Converter 3 × AC, so it rectifies all three phases and feeds an intermediate DC link before pulse-width modulation is applied to the motor leads. Input variations are tolerated within ±10 % of rated voltage, which helps the unit remain stable during normal supply fluctuations. For the control electronics, an external source provides 24 V standby power, which keeps the logic active when the main bus is off. The unit is supplied without a built-in brake chopper, so applications that require dynamic braking need an external resistor module.
