The RD52.1-4N-200-F-V1-FW field-oriented vector control manufactured by Bosch Rexroth is intended to be fitted in commercial machinery. The vector control features high voltage and high electric current due to inappropriate use. The product should be fitted properly with the provided guards and covers before it is turned ON. This device must feature a copper conductor of at least a 10mm2 cross-section covering its entire length. The unit has 52 line code. It functions as a converter with a nominal connecting voltage of 3 x 380 to 480VAC +/-10%. The control may exhibit dangerous movements due to wrong or unclean wiring of cable connections.
The emergency stop switch associated with this vector control must be accessed in an easily accessible position. The control functioning should not be allowed if the emergency stop switch is malfunctioning or not working. This product is capable of functioning at a maximum temperature of 50°C with derated data. Its drive system is meant to be commissioned by means of prompts with an operator panel that features a graphical display. The device comes fitted with a type plate that provides details of its certification as well as input and output voltage ratings, current ratings and frequencies.
