The RD52.1-4N-011-L-V1-FW is an inverter-based RD52 series drive controller from Bosch Rexroth. The input voltage range of the drive inverter is 530 to 670 Volts DC. The allowed input voltage tolerance is ±10%. RD52 drives support the option of a brake chopper. The RD52.1-4N-011-L-V1-FW does not feature an integrated brake chopper. Nominal motor output of the RD52.1-4N-011-L-V1-FW drive is 11 kilowatts. The output power, current and other parameters vary with pulse frequency used during operation. Options for pulse frequency include 4 kilohertz and 8 kilohertz. Size class of the drive unit is B. The protection category of the housing is IP20. Bosch has designed the controller for forced air cooling. Compared to natural convection, forced air cooling allows the controller to operate at higher levels of power and current output.
The RD52.1-4N-011-L-V1-FW is a modular unit. Customers can customize it through selection of firmware and hardware options.
