The RD52.1-4N-011-L-NN-FW is a new generation industrial drive controller designed by Rexroth Indramat to increase the efficiency of industrial production systems by accurately controlling the speed, position, and general operation of the synchronous and induction motor used in this production system. This device is manufactured according to international quality standards; it features an enclosure that meets the IP20 protection class and can effectively prevent the large solid particles from interfering with the operation of its internal component. The RD52.1-4N-011-L-NN-FW industrial drive controller is also widely an environmentally friendly device whose operation does not lead to the generation of a high noise pressure.
The RD52.1-4N-011-L-NN-FW industrial drive controller is designed to operate with an input rated current of about 25 Amperes; it, however, has an overload capacity of about 200 percent; thus, it is compatible with an input current as high as 60 Amperes. Synchronous and induction motors controlled by this drive controller generate a rated power output of about 11 kilowatts; this high power output makes the controller perfectly suited for a wide range of industrial machines such as food processing machines, assembly machines, packaging machines, and lots more. The electrical connector of this industrial controller is a three-phase connector that allows the controller to receive an input voltage that falls between 380 to about 400 volts.
The permissible ambient temperature range at which this industrial controller should be operated falls between 0 to about 40 degrees Celsius; operating the controller above this temperature range can cause it to heat up at a rate that cannot be maintained by its temperature regulation system. Also, the maximum permissible height for the installation of this controller is 1000 meters above sea level.
