The RD52.1-4N-004-L-NN-NN-NN-FW industrial drive control system is a highly advanced controller designed by Rexroth Indramat to serve as an efficient means of motion control in the industrial servo system. This controller is highly durable and can be used by the industrial operator to control a broad range of industrial machines. Its housing unit is designed according to the IP20 protection category, thus it can effectively prevent the penetration of any solid material with a diameter larger than 50 millimeters. The RD52.1-4N-004-L-NN-NN-NN-FW contains an air blower and a heatsink that works to control the temperature in the controller’s housing unit.
The RD52.1-4N-004-L-NN-NN-NN-FW industrial controller operates with a rated voltage supply of about 380 to 480 volts, it is perfectly suited for industrial application with high power requirement as can stimulate servo motors connected to it to generate a power output as high as 4.5 kilowatts. The electrical components of this drive controller generate an electromagnetic field during the operation of the controller, this field affects the smooth operation of important devices such as cardiac pacemakers, hearing aids, and metallic implants, thus persons wearing these devices should not be allowed to move near the controller.
