In automated production systems, it interfaces with three-phase mains and modulates motor voltage and frequency so that conveyors, mixers, or extruders receive precise torque and speed commands. By housing the power electronics, control board, and protective circuits in a single enclosure, the controller simplifies equipment design and serves as the central actuator in fieldbus or PLC-based motion loops. This arrangement allows connected motors to maintain regulated acceleration and steady-speed operation as process loads change.

Inside the unit, the power stage delivers up to 315 kW of output, giving it enough headroom for high-inertia axes and pump drives. It accepts network potentials from 380 to 480 V and remains operational when those voltages vary by ±10%. This voltage range supports use on common industrial power systems.
