The RD52.1-4B-075-L-NN-NN-T1-FW is a state-of-the-art industrial drive controller system designed by Rexroth Indramat for the accurate control of synchronous and asynchronous industrial motors in the industrial servo system. This controller features a modular design, it is a three-phase controller and unlike conventional drive controllers, the RD52.1-4B-075-L-NN-NN-T1-FW can be easily configured to fit into specific industrial applications through the installation of special hardware modules into the modular housing of the controller. This drive controller is specially designed to be user-friendly and easy to operate, it features an operator panel with a four-line graphical display through which the operator can monitor the operation of the controller and all other parts of the servo system.
The RD52.1-4B-075-L-NN-NN-T1-FW industrial controller is connected to a heatsink and air blower which regulates the temperature in the controller’s housing unit by forced ventilation. The RD52.1-4B-075-L-NN-NN-T1-FW drive control system is generally safe for industrial applications, however, wrong wiring connections, wrong configuration parameters, and the use of defective components with the controller can cause dangerous movement in the servo system.
