The RD51.2-4B-005-L-A2-FW is an advanced drive control system that is used for controlling the speed and position with the synchronous and industrial motors in industrial assembly lines. This model is frequently used with chemical and process technologies, packaging machines, foodstuff equipment, hoist and conveyor technology, machine tools, assembly systems, and handling equipment. At 4 kHz operating frequency, this model has a rated current of 13 A with a peak current of 17 A for 60 seconds. The rated power of this model is 8.6 kVA when the output frequency is between 0 and 250 Hz. This model is designed in accordance with the environment class 3K3 and gives its best performance in the temperature range of 0 °C to 40 °C. This drive controller’s power loss is restricted to 0.24 kW.
The RD51.2-4B-005-L-A2-FW is provided with different AC drive converters to enhance performance. Power sections are installed at the rear end of this model and support forced cooling with an associated degree of protection. This model supports simple handling and enables automatic motor adaptation with easy identification of parameters. For easy commissioning of the drive system, an operator panel is provided with a graphical display through which prompts can be given. The drive system can function with both an AC or DC supply.
