Product Description:
The RD51.1-5N-315-R-V1-FW drive control cannot be put to use when there are extreme temperature variations. The Bosch Rexroth control supports pulse frequencies of 4kHz and 8kHz. The product features 0.8m3/s cooling air requirement. The device comes along with 3 x 500VAC +/-10% nominal connecting voltage. The unit also has a rated power output of 263kVA. It has three terminals- L1, L2 and L3 for line supply connection and a protective earth connection. This product incorporates AL electrolytic capacitors that operate like DC link capacitors. These capacitors have a storage life of up to two years without power, at a maximum temperature of 40°C.
The drive control is kept cool by means of liquid cooling with an internal pump during operation. The product portrays not more than 90% relative humidity. The device must not have condensation on its surface during operation, transport, and storage. The unit features power loss and tends to heat up the surroundings during operation. It must have a clearance space of at least 200mm above and below it for the entry and exit of cooling air and hot discharged air respectively. This product is integrated with a line filter and a heat exchanger.
The device comprises two hoisting support points for mounting it using a crane. This unit assembly has to be perpendicular to a level construction area. It comes with busbars to connect the line filter. The hose of the heat exchanger associated with the product must be shortened to the required length if needed. The drive control operates at high voltage levels. The product has to be repaired and/or serviced only by qualified personnel only when it is not under power. The device can have a dangerous voltage for up to five minutes of turning it OFF because of the DC link capacitors.
