The RD51.1-5N-090-L-LV-FW is a drive control system coming from the RD51 series. This series features highly intelligent drive controllers that are known for their exceptional abilities for speed and position control. This drive system is compatible with multiple models of synchronous and induction motors. The drive system can be expanded for various types of drive control applications. Since the drive system is modular, its range of operations can be expanded by attaching suitable modules. The device is provided with AC drive controllers that significantly expand the motion control experience. The supply modules used in this device can be wired with the system. This model has also been made compatible with a rectifier. It is possible to operate the supply modules in regenerative mode and order them as separate components.
The RD51.1-5N-090-L-LV-FW is provided with an inbuilt blower fan to assist in heat dissipation and expedite the process. There are dedicated power sections at the back end of this model. They are provided for seamless heat dissipation and maintaining an optimum device temperature throughout. Operator terminals have been installed in this model that assists in the operation, visualization, and parameterization of the system. The RDwin PC based software is also used with this system which results in exceptional automation capabilities. This model uses the RS232 and RS485 interfaces for better communication. This model comes with additional interfacing options onboard that improve the system’s ability to connect and integrate with external platforms. Additional interfacing options are also available with this model and include CAN bus, Profibus DP, Sercos, and Interbus.
