As part of the field-oriented vector control device from Bosch Rexroth's RD500 series, the RD51.1-5N-030-L-NN-FW is designed to control various devices in a field environment. It is a converter unit type and has a nominal voltage of 3 x 500 V AC ± 10 %. The unit's industrial applications include transmission technology, assembly systems, and machine tools. The RD51.1-5N-030-L-NN-FW has a wide variety of applications when combined with compatible drive systems. This unit is composed of an integral brake chopper with a minimum resistance of 8.8-ohm, continuous power of 19 kW, and a peak power of 74 kW at 4 kHz, 8 kHz, and 12 kHz PWM frequencies.
