The RD51.1-5N-004-L-V1-FW is a modular industrial drive controller designed by Rexroth Indramat to accurately control the operation of synchronous and induction motors used in industrial production and processing systems. This drive controller is a unique industrial machine that features a durable housing unit that offers optimum protection against large solid materials. For complete protection, the controller should be integrated into an additional control panel that provides a minimum protection class of IP54. The RD51.1-5N-004-L-V1-FW industrial controller features expanded and freely configurable technological designs such as PI controller, timers, comparitors, ramp-function generators and mathematical function elements. This controller also contains additional signal processors with a 32-bit floating-point; this allows it to meet the operational requirements of highly dynamic industrial applications.
The RD51.1-5N-004-L-V1-FW industrial drive controller is very easy and straightforward to control as it features a unique control panel through which the industrial operator can easily monitor its current operational status and send in configurational parameters in real-time. It is, however, important to ensure this controller is handled by highly trained industrial engineers as the operation of this controller with the wrong parameters can cause it to initiate the dangerous movement of electrical motors it controls. The RD51.1-5N-004-L-V1-FW industrial motor can also be configured with various master communication interfaces, which controls the way digital information is exchanged between this controller and all other parts of the servo system.
