The RD51.1-5B-110-L-NN-FW is a state of the art drive controller that is designed for multiple types of drive control tasks in the industry. This model is designed to operate with an AC as well as a DC supply. This model has been manufactured with modular hardware and software for adapting to different types of drive conditions. This model can adapt well to changing operating conditions and supports automatic motor identification. It is possible to integrate specific hardware components with this module or to use different software in the form of modules. The user panel provided in this model is removable and comes with the parameter copy function. This model is provided with in built power sections for conducting efficient cooling at a rapid pace. The power sections enable heat removal at a controlled rate and in a safe manner.
The RD51.1-5B-110-L-NN-FW comes with various interfacing options and each interface has been provided to improve the control, monitoring, and parameterization of the drive system. This model is compatible with the CANbus, RS232, SERCOS, RS485, Profibus DP, and Interbus interfaces. High-quality line reactors and interference suppression filters have been used for this model that helps to suppress the specific harmonics fed in the supply line. Once these harmonics are suppressed, there is little to no electromagnetic interference. This model uses synchrolink and peer to peer coupling to enhance communication. By using the PC-based RDwin software, the system’s ability to parameterize and adapt is significantly improved. This model’s design is in accordance with the EMC directives and a high amount of overload can be sustained by the drive controller. This product can be shipped globally with a one year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
