The RD51.1-5B-003-L-CF-FW industrial drive controller is one of the most sophisticated and flexible devices produced by Rexroth Indramat. This controller is designed specifically for the control of industrial automation systems. Under ideal operating conditions, the controller operates with an efficiency of 95 percent can function with this efficiency for more than five years without breaking down or requiring any sort of repair operation. All parts of the RD51.1-5B-003-L-CF-FW frequency converter have been tested and certified to meet the international quality standards. This converter is also a self-diagnostic device, in the case of operational errors, the controller immediately and independently detects this error sends a warning signal to the operator through its four-line display unit and special light-emitting diode integrated into its housing unit. This controller also contains a removable user panel with a parameter copy function.
The heat generated by the RD51.1-5B-003-L-CF-FW industrial drive controller during operation is kept within the tolerated temperature range through forced ventilation, the controller contains a built-in fan which helps in this temperature regulation process.
