The RD51.1-4N-110-L-D1-FW is a unique type of industrial servo drive designed by highly trained operators of Rexroth Indramat, this servo drive is designed with the latest industrial technology thus it can be easily combined with different types of industrial machines such as food processing machines, packaging machines, metal converting machine, and lots more. The RD51.1-4N-110-L-D1-FW servo drive can be used to control the operation of both synchronous and induction motors through the use of field-oriented vector control. The housing of this servo drive meets the IP20 protection class, this means it can only protect the internal component of the drive from the interference of solid materials with external diameters larger than 12 millimeters in other to ensure optimum protection, operators should ensure the drive is installed in an external cabinet that meets at least IP56 protection class.
The RD51.1-4N-110-L-D1-FW is an environmentally friendly device, it is manufactured with materials with high metal content, thus after the usefulness of the drive has been exhausted, these materials can still be recycled and used in the production of new industrial devices. An internal fan is also integrated into this servo drive, this fan helps to keep the temperature in the servo drive’s housing unit within the tolerated range. The rated power output of this servo drive is about 110 Amperes.
Although the housing of this servo drive offers it some protection against the penetration of solid foreign materials, operators should ensure the servo drive is frequently cleaned to prevent the build-up of foreign sold particles which can interfere with the smooth operation of the servo drive.
