The RD51.1-4B-011-D-NN-FW is a state-of-the-art industrial drive controller produced by Rexroth Indramat to control automation in the industrial servo system. This servo drive is renowned for its ability to accurately control the operation of industrial motors over a broad speed range; it can thus meet the operation requirements of highly sophisticated machines used in industrial production systems. The RD51.1-4B-011-D-NN-FW drive controller is an environmentally friendly device that is in full compliance with EMC directives regarding noise immunity and noise emission. This drive controller also contains a control panel which industrial operators can use to configure, monitor, and control the operation of the drive controller in real-time.
The housing of this controller is manufactured according to the IP20 protection class; this housing is specially structured to allow for the easy integration of the controller into the external control cabinet; the enclosure of the controller also contains special connection interfaces through which the controller connects to all other parts of the industrial servo system. The RD51.1-4B-011-D-NN-FW also contains a plug-through cooler which keeps the heat generated in the controller’s housing within the permissible temperature range. This industrial controller is also a self-diagnostic device designed which can independently detect operational error and alert the operator by displaying an appropriate error message on its four-line display unit.
