Product Description:

The RD51.1-4B-003-L-FV-FW is a new generational industrial servo drive designed by Rexroth Indramat to carry out automation control required by industrial production machines for optimum operation. This controller is manufactured under ideal manufacturing conditions; it is a highly durable machine that can maintain an efficiency of about 95 percent for more than five years when operated under ideal conditions.

The unique design of this drive controller allows for the application of more than one drive into the servo system; the combination of numerous drives in the servo system improves the efficiency of the industrial machine and allows the servo drive to control an even wide range of industrial applications. The operation, installation, and general operation of this industrial servo drive should be done by a well trained industrial operator who is familiar with Rexroth Indramat product and has gone through the documentation of the device; this is important to protect the integrity of the servo drive and to prevent dangerous movement that is often caused by the wring handling of the drive.

The RD51.1-4B-003-L-FV-FW contains an internal air blower and a heat sink which works together to keep the heat generated in the housing of this device within the permissible range. To facilitate the temperature regulation process, operators should ensure that the servo drive is installed in a position that exposes it to cool air; also, a minimum clearance of about 100 millimeters should be kept between the controller and all other parts of the servo system to prevent the build-up of heat around the device. This industrial drive controller should be connected to an external 24-volts power supply module and a feedback current filter that protects the power circuit from the excess current generated by the motor during deceleration. This product can be shipped globally with a one year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
