The RD43.1-3R-185-F-NN-FW is a three-phase AC drive controller built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the RD 500 Drive Controllers series. It functions as the power-conversion stage that modulates voltage and frequency to match commanded torque and speed profiles in automated lines, printing presses, or bulk-material conveyors. By interfacing with higher-level motion logic and feedback devices, the unit supplies regulated power to large induction or synchronous motors so that processes run with consistent velocity and efficient energy use. This type of controller is used where large motors need adjustable speed, smooth ramping, and stable torque under changing process loads.
