Full-load operation draws up to 180 A from the line supply, and the design omits a brake chopper, returning deceleration energy to the supply instead of dissipating it internally.

For short-term overloads, current can rise to 300 A for 60 seconds, allowing a mechanical peak output of 200 kW at 500 V. Protection requires a line fuse rated at 250 A within the specified 500 V input range. The controller measures 650 mm in height, 500 mm in width, and 360 mm in depth, which helps with enclosure layout, cable routing, and airflow clearance. After an overload period, output returns to the nominal level once the forced-air system has removed excess heat, allowing normal continuous operation to resume without immediate thermal limiting.
