The RD42.1-4R-053-L is a new generation industrial controller designed by Rexroth Indramat to control the speed acceleration and general operation of industrial synchronous and induction motors. This controller is manufactured to carry out three-phase accurate motor control; it also features a modular hardware and software design that makes the flexible integration of the controller into any industrial operation possible. Under normal operating conditions, this industrial controller maintains an operational efficiency of about 95 per cent; this high operational efficiency can be maintained for more than five years without the need for any major repair or maintenance operation. The RD42.1-4R-053-L industrial controller contains a high metal content; this makes it possible for industrial operators to easily recycle the device after its service life has been exhausted.
During operation, the RD42.1-4R-053-L industrial controller does not generate a high amount of noise; this makes it very possible for industrial operators to use the controller at any time without causing any significant disturbance to the servo system.
