The RAC 4.1-300-460-API-W1 is a drive controller that is highly functional in controlling motors using automated control like mills, routers, lasers, and so on. The internal automatic position control loop of the drive controller is shut by motor feedback. This drive controller can control the lowest of speeds with precision.

The RAC 4.1-300-460-API-W1 delivers speed set-point using a connection of 0 to 10V on normal NC’s. It has an extra encoder input to adapt the spindle feedback. This drive controller also delivers an additional interface via an incremental encoder. The RAC 4.1-300-460-API-W1 has a continuous output of 93kW and a feedback continuous output of 60kW as it relates to the motor output shaft. The RAC 4.1-300-460-API-W1 is equipped with cooling devices that adequate ventilation. It should be properly implemented to avoid condensation and moisture spraying. The cooling cabinets should be properly sealed before it is used with the cooling devices to prevent condensation formed from hot air from outside. The optimum temperature for the cooling device is 40°C, nothing less. 

During operation, the RAC 4.1-300-460-API-W1 dissipates heat through air slits and the heat sink. This drive controller allows for cooling automatically from outside the cooling cabinet. Cooling can also be done from the inside of the control cabinet or using hose cooling, but this requires alteration of the structure of the controller. The air shafts and heat sink should be protected from dirt, to prevent overheating. The drive controller is packaged into a carton along with its accessories for delivery. When transporting, use a vibration-dampener to prevent excessive vibrations. Store the controller in a dry and dust-free environment.
