Product Description:
The RAC 3.5-200-460-L00-Z1-220 Bosch Rexroth main spindle drive controller is equipped with an additional bleeder. This bleeder performs a braking action when there is a mains voltage failure. The controller has a rated supply voltage of 220VAC at 50-60Hz system frequency for its control electronics. The installation panel for this product should have slits for cooling with airflow, outside the control cabinet. The device must be inserted into the control cabinet using a lifting device. There is a dedicated socket on the front panel of the unit at the lower left side to plug in the programming module. The controller should be commissioned only after the programming module has been plugged in and secured
The drive controller must encompass the ground connection of the motor that it is intended to control and monitor. The product has a display on its control panel that aids in fault diagnosis. The drive performs a braking action until it comes to a standstill mode when a fault is encountered. It should also be in standstill mode and the power supply should be switched OFF when any defect is being rectified in the drive controller. The controller must be repaired only by appropriately trained personnel or the manufacturer’s customer service staff.
The safety guard should be mounted after the device is connected following the plant connecting diagram before the unit is turned ON and commissioned. The product comes with a type plate on the inside of its housing, to its left side. This unit has a current rating of 200A. The operating parameters and software of the controller are stored in the programming module. The SERCOS interface can be connected to the X4 connector of the device using fiber optic cables.
