The central spindle drive controller comes with additional interfaces and variants. The RAC 3.5-200-460-A0I-W1-220 version has incremental encoder output with 25 ways connection terminals. It has CNC interfaces, control input signals, and analog outputs. It is also operated numerically for asynchronous motor and feedback machines that make spindle drive in the computerized controlled machine tool. It comes with 92A continuous controller current and rated supply voltage of 3* AC380-460 V, +/- 10%, 50-60 Hz. The high stiffness and continuous power make this tool work efficiently, and the servo-axis can help manage the device even at low speed. This controller drive has emergency stop circuits.
The drive spindle comes with the protection category of IP 10, EN 60 529(DIN VDE 0470). The controller is not protected against water and deliberate penetration. The permissible humidity is humidity class F as per DIN 40 040, which means the relative humidity in the control cabin may not exceed 70%. The maximum altitude for mounting spindle should not exceed 1000 meters above sea level as an increase in height drops the rated torque. Maxium Temperature range from +5°C to +45°C is ambient for optimal controlled operation.
The RAC 3.5-200 has a built-in fan for proper airflow to cool the control cabin machine. Used well-sealed control cabinet for mounting the spindle control drive. Cooling devices with fixed temperature settings have to be set at 40 °. Cooling devices may not drip condensation water onto the installed drive controller. The Power connection three-phase supply for the spindle drive can be connected to the ground or underground. The mechanical kit has gaskets and gears for proper mounting of a controlled drive, and additional hose cooling is also offered. It comes with a 1 year warranty period.
