The RAC 3.5-150-460-API-W1-220 is one of the main spindle drive controllers manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. This main spindle drive controller has a current rating of 150A. It has a 3 x AC 380 ... 460V; 50 ... 60Hz voltage rating for power electronics and AC 220 V / 50 ... 60 Hz 220 voltage rating for control electronics. The emergency-stop and main contactors in this product are integrated. This RAC 3 main spindle drive controller does not come with an additional bleeder.
The product also has an analogue speed set-point of +/- 10 volts, which means that this main spindle drive controller can be connected to standard CNC controls. The RAC 3.5-150-460-API-W1-220 has a wide speed range with continuous power and a high level of stiffness. Aside from the broad speed range, this main spindle drive controller comes with an additional encoder input for spindle feedback. This item also comes with an added interface. It has an incremental encoder output for CNC position control. Generally, RAC drive controllers can be cooled through the air from the outside or inside of the control cabinet. With the RAC 3.5-150-460-API-W1-220, the fan is built into the housing of the main spindle drive controller. The air will pass through the air shaft within the unit for cooling.
