Product Description:
The RAC 3.5-150-460-A0I-Z1-220 is a main spindle drive controller provided by Bosch Rexroth. It has an internal position control loop along with a provided broad space range. The current type it functions on is 150A current type and a provision of voltage for the power electronics is rated at 3 x AC 380 and 460V; this unit must be operated in temperature of +5 to +45 degrees Celsius with a maximum altitude of 1000 meters above the sea level.
This unit is meant to be used with a 1MB frameless spindle motor with a continuous power at the motor output shaft of 10 to 30 kW and operates at a frequency of 50/60Hz. It can resolve a turn as high as 1/4 000 000th of a revolution with that as its maximum resolution. The speed is set at +/- 10 Volts with additional emergency circuit provisions. This product comes with an additional bleeder and an inbuilt fan for cooling purposes. It is also safe for use in humidity endangered areas if the humidity does not exceed 70% in the most humid month of the year.
