The RAC 3.5-150-460-A00-Z1-220 controller is one of the various main spindle drive controllers in the RAC series. The Bosch Rexroth drive controller uses a bleeder to stop the main spindle when there is a mains failure. This product comes with a cooling system that supports air circulation inside the control cabinet. It must be installed inside the control cabinet using a piece of lifting equipment. The programming module should be plugged and fitted in place on the lower left side of the front panel of the device using a knurling screw. This must be done before the unit is commissioned.
The controller should be turned on and commissioned only after the safety guards are mounted on its front. The D-sub plug and socket connectors of the product must be firmly screwed in place after the commissioning process. The display on the control panel helps in diagnosing the faults of the device. It should be stored and transported between a temperature range of -30°C and 85°C. The unit must always be stored in a dry place that is free of impact and dust. The main spindle drive controller comes with screw-on covers for the fan housing and the heatsink.
The rated supply voltage of the drive controller is 3 x 380 to 460VAC. The product encompasses an analog speed setpoint with a +/-10V voltage rating. The AS programming module allows the main spindle drive of the device to run immediately without any adjustment. This drive is controlled by a microprocessor. The software features drive and application-related parameters. The drive-related parameters determine the functioning characteristics of the drive. The programming module features a rating plate that provides details such as type and software designations, motor and drive controller type information and date of fixing the parameters. The main spindle drive controller is available with a warranty period of one year and can be shipped to any address.
