The RAC 2.3-250-380-API-Z1 is a main spindle drive controller produced by Indramat. The drives implementing this equipment are characterized by a wide range of speed controls and high stiffness. The maximum pressure and minimum air flow requirement of RAC 2 drives are 390 Pascals and 360 m3/h respectively. The power dissipation of this drive controller is dependent on the extent of load.
The RAC 2.3-250-380-LP0-W1 weighs 121 kg, and its mounting frame, M1-RAC4, weighs 2 kg. Its rated current is 400 Amps and a connection voltage rating of 380 Volts. It features an analogue (±10 V) speed set-point interface and an additional encoder input for motor for spindle. The drive controller does not have an additional bleeder.
