The Bosch Rexroth RAC 2.3-200-460-AP0-Z1 is a spindle drive controller. It has a current rating of 300 Amperes. It is powered with a three-phase voltage source of 400 Volts with a frequency of 50 Hertz and 460 volts with 60 Hertz frequency. The drive controller offers enhanced digital control of asynchronous main spindle and frameless spindle motors with a continuous motor output using the drive shaft of the motor. The RAC 2.3-200-460-AP0-Z1 is mainly used with numerically controlled machine tools. The drive controller is able to handle motor resolutions without using additional encoder input. The front section of the drive controller has a control panel that is used to input and change parameter values. This integrated control panel is easy to use.
The drive controller can be mounted on the backwall of the control cabinet. A mechanical fitting kit (screws, gaskets) is provided with the drive controller unit that is used for mounting and installation.
