The RAC 2.3-150-380-A00-W1 is a main spindle drive controller from Bosch Rexroth. This product provides intelligent digital control of Indramat main spindle motors and frameless spindle motors. The controller is fitted with a loop for internal position control. This feature enables the controller to independently position the spindle with a control signal. The housing of the controller is fitted with a heatsink for taking away heat from the unit. The controller runs on an AC voltage of 3 X 400V at 50-60 Hz. The controller comes with control panel with a digital LCD. Motor parameter values can be easily optimized by plug-in modules with stored parameters.
The RAC 2.3-150-380-A00-W1 has the design code of 03. Please operate this drive controller between 5 degree C to 45 degree C to avoid any deration of product data. This device should be operated up to 1000 meters above sea level. This product offers protection against humidity. However, to avoid short-circuit do not allow build up water inside or outside the unit. Do not operate the controller in places where the humidity is more than 70%. The controller can successfully avoid penetration by objects with a diameter more than 50 mm. The electrical connections are provided at the bottom of the unit.
